The 21st century will arguably be remembered as the “Century of Biology.” Boundless frontiers in such areas as genetics, cell, developmental and molecular biology, neurobiology and cognitive science, stem cell research, bioinformatics, biomaterials, environmental science, ecology, and evolution hold great promise for changing our lives in extraordinary ways. Summer and Winter Session Course Policy for Biological Sciences majors:
Summer Session courses shorter than 5 weeks and Winter Session courses of two or more credits do not count toward the Biological Sciences major or minor. We strongly encourage students to meet with an advisor before registering for any online, summer, or winter session course!
